Terms of Sale



1.1“Us/we” means Ecrotek Limited.

1.2“You” means the customer, person, company or other business purchasing goods from Ecrotek.



2.1These terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods by you from us. 

2.2If there is any conflict between these terms of sale and any other communication between you and us, these terms will prevail unless we have otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3We reserve the right at any time or from time to time, to amend, vary or add to these terms with effect from the date on which we let you know about any change.



3.1You must pay us promptly for the goods and in any event no later than the 20th of the month following the issuance of an invoice.

3.2We may grant credit to you in our sole discretion. Similarly, we may withdraw any credit provided to you at any time in our sole discretion.

3.3If you do not pay us in full or on time, we may:

(a)stop supplying goods to you until your account is brought up to date;

(b)withdraw any credit provided to you;

(c)charge you interest on all monies up to the rate of 12% per annum calculated on a daily basis from the due date for payment until we are paid in full;

(d)charge you for all of our expenses and legal costs incurred in obtaining payment from you; and

(e)take back the goods we have supplied to you.



4.1All risk in the goods supplied passes to you on delivery.

4.2We retain ownership of the goods until we are paid in full. 

4.3We have a returns policy relating to the goods which is available on our website.



4.4Our liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from any defect in the goods or any other breach of our obligations to you is limited to 5 times the gost of the goods (less GST) or $1,000, whichever is the greater. 

4.5We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or special damages of any kind.



5.1Nothing in these terms derogates from the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 as it applies.        


Subscription can be view on a maximum of 2 devices per user. Viewing on more than 2 devices may result in the subscription being cancelled.


Fees, Refunds and Charges


Subscription Fees

The Client shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes Ecrotek (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s channel subscription and billing page. Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically.


Cancellation Policy

Client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their subscription. Client may cancel their subscription by logging into their Ecrotek Account and going to the applicable channel or billing page, clicking settings and choosing the "Cancel" option under subscription and billing. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Client with the expiration date of the subscription.  Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You must emails sales@ecrotek.co.nz before or on the payment due date. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help. 



Ecrotek does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.


All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. 


The joining fee is non-refundable and will not be fully or partially refunded in the event a subscription is cancelled, regardless of the timing of the cancelation.


All charges are in New Zealand Dollars.
